The 19th Annual WritersUA Conference for Software User Assistance takes place in Long Beach, CA, March 13-16, 2011. The conference will feature over seventy cutting-edge topics from fifty experts, project demonstrations from other user assistance developers, plus an exhibition of products and services, certificate programs, and networking events. The goal is always to provide the most comprehensive and timely information specifically designed for user assistance professionals. The 2010 roster represented 41 of the United States, 4 provinces of Canada, and 14 other countries. Attendance has totaled over 9,000 people in the past 19 years!
